I was skeptical at first due to mixed reviews, and no other shops around were picking up their phones. When I called here, the rude guy gave me a price, and after I tried to negotiate, he hung up on me. But being stranded in the middle of nowhere with a morning delivery, I called back—and I’m so glad I did! The mechanic arrived very quickly. His English was basic I think his name was Miroslav, but I immediately realized he was a true professional. He showed me the exact cause of the problem and fixed it in no time. He wasn't even here for an hour, though I was charged for the 2-hour minimum. Honestly, I'm completely fine with that because my regular mechanic spent almost a whole day in the shop and couldn't fix it properly. This guy fixed a stuck brake caliper right on the roadside in the middle of the night within an hour—I was in total shock! This service is worth every single dollar. I'm so glad I didn't let my doubts stop me!

Very rude and unprofessional. Google says they are open 24 hours. I called to ask if they had the tires I needed. They said yes, but told me to come the next day at 3 p.m. I asked if they weren't open now, and he angrily asked what day it was (of course, it’s Sunday, but the app says they’re open). He hung up on me just like that.

No ABS scanner. Charged me $300 for abs repair on my trailer that didn’t work. Told me I needed to drive 60-80 miles to reset the abs computer. I knew right then these guys were a mistake. Charged $110 for a DOT inspection on trailer too. Passed me even with ABS light on. They don’t speak English at the shop either. Russian I think it was.

They do an awesome job. Im a professional driver A.K.A trucker. I had a flat tire last night, they came through and replaced my flat tire right away. I highly recommend. You get 5 star from me

***Call a tow truck and have them drop your vehicle/trailer etc off at a reputable shop that will open tomorrow and get a good nights sleep in a decent hotel. I promise it’ll save you money. Don’t use Ernies towing.*** It wasn’t good service or price but when that’s all that’s out there on a Sunday afternoon.... Blown out boat trailer hub. So.....the guy showed up after about 45min. No English, got on the phone with the boss, estimate $500. Looked at it. Left, came back 1hr later with a decent work rig. Took the hub and drum of trailer apart(15minutes), took the drum with him(still no English) 2 hours later boss called and said they can’t find the part. So now we are almost 4 hours in and now it needs to be towed to their shop and can’t be fixed till morning anyway. They sent a tow truck of their choice, not real friendly. Said it would be done by 8am the next morning. They didn’t start working on it till we showed up at 11am to pick it up. Also! When they towed the trailer/boat the mechanic never came back to put it back together so the tow truck driver just drug the trailer/boat onto his flatbed...... my mind blew multiple ways..... Charged us $1200 A hub kit at an auto stor
